Prior to obtaining our confidential wholesale pricing, we ask that your company meet the following requirements:
- Have an independently owned, pet product – retail storefront in a commercial location
- Provide Burlo Pet Services with a signed copy of your pet trade business or occupational license
- Provide Burlo Pet Services with a signed copy of your pet trade state resale tax exempt certificate
- Submit the completed and signed Dealer Application
